Shortly after Beethoven's death, he was buried in his town. One day, someone walked through the cemetery where Beethoven was buried and heard weird sounds coming from his grave. Terrified, the man rushed to the local church and called the priest. The priest put his ear against Beethoven's grave and heard an unrecognizable song play. He was so terrified that he went to the home of the smartest person in town. He, like the priest, put his ear against Beethoven's grave and recognized it as Beethoven's 9th Symphony but played in reverse. He continued to listen to it. The next song was the 8th symphony in reverse, then the 7th, then the 6th, then the 5th and so on. After the 1st symphony was done, nothing else happened at the grave.
